My advice is to have a complimentary hearing test as it is informative and can reassure you all is well. Any difficulties can be discussed and options explored. My self-confidence has returned to its former level and I face each day with renewed enthusiasm all because of my hearing aids.

Having just returned from my first”check up” following the fitting of my new hearing aids about a month ago I just wanted to tell you how delighted I am not only with my hearing aids but also with the overall level of service that you have given me. From the first appointment, when you gave me a very thorough examination, to the fitting of the aids and your overall attention to detail and the manner in which you answered all the questions I asked I have been very impressed. Thank you.

I just wanted to thank you for all your help and advice with regard to my hearing aids. I confess I had dithered quite a lot about getting them, until you came so highly recommended by two close friends of mine. Now I sincerely wish I had taken the plunge much, much earlier than I did. They have completely changed my life. I've already had the pleasure of recommending you to other friends of mine so I hope you hear from them soon. Thank you so much for everything you did for me, it was and is, very much appreciated.
