Matthew Kearon-Warrilow
Matthew has been qualified as an Audiologist since 2013, after studying at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. He has worked in both the private and NHS sectors during this time, and is also qualified in wax removal via microsuction. Matthew likes spending time getting to know his patients well, in order to ensure they are provided with the right care, and the most suitable hearing instruments and solutions to help improve their everyday life. Helping patients hear better in situations specific to them is the most satisfying part of his job. In his spare time, Matthew plays bass guitar in a band and was proud to release an album a couple of years ago. He also enjoys spending time and traveling with his young family and their dog Pinto. When he’s not busy, Matthew will happily sit and watch any sport on TV for hours, especially cricket!

Aanisah Aslam
Aanisah completed her BSc Healthcare Science (Audiology) degree at the University of Manchester. After this, she went on to gain experience in both the NHS and private sectors. Aanisah feels her career is rewarding and fulfilling, where she can positively impact a person’s life by improving their hearing. She is also trained and qualified in micro-suction wax removal. Aanisah prides herself on being able to understand her patients specific needs to formulate effective treatment plans and provide the right care. Outside of work, Aanisah enjoys shopping, baking and spending time with family and friends.

Aysha Gani
Aysha graduated from her Audiology degree in 2024 and qualified in wax removal via micro suction shortly after. Aysha enjoys meeting and getting to know different patients to ensure they are provided with the best hearing care and always make sure the patient is satisfied with the level of service provided. Aysha has worked in both the NHS and private sector during her student placement years and is continuously developing her knowledge. Outside of work, Aysha enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures. Aysha is also interested in sports and as a Manchester United football supporter she enjoys lots of trips to old Trafford!

Aysha Patel
After completing her Hearing Aid Audiology degree in November 2024, Aysha’s passion for hearing health was strengthened. Through her studies and placement experience, she gained valuable expertise in hearing technologies and personalised treatment strategies. Aysha is also trained in microsuction ear wax removal. Aysha is deeply motivated by the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives - using a patient-centred approach focused on comfort, trust, and providing effective care. Whether it’s helping someone reconnect with loved ones, enjoy music again, or hear the world more clearly, Aysha will take the time to understand each patient’s unique needs, ensuring the best hearing solution together is found. Outside of work, Aysha is passionate about traveling, horse riding, and reading personal growth books. These experiences, along with her love for personal growth, keep Aysha inspired and energized, helping her offer the best care possible to her patients.

Amber Kelly
Amber qualified as an HCA at the Audiology Academy in Dec 2024. She will be starting the HAD course at De Montfort University in March 2025. Amber loves helping people hear and helping build their confidence up from a hearing loss. Her passion is meeting lots of new people with such a vast amount of stories and life experience. She previously worked in a lab with infectious disease but wanted something more people based where I she can help on a more personal level. Amber is also qualified for micro-suction wax removal. In her spare time Amber likes to keep fit by going to the gym, running and long walks. She also enjoys spending time with friends and her cat Colonel Mustard (who she promises she didn’t name)!

Sophie Holmes
Sophie started work in Optics at 17 until making the switch to audiology and qualified as a Hearing Care Assistant in 2023. Sophie loves getting to know her patients and seeing the difference hearing aids can make to their lives. She is also qualified in micro-suction wax removal. Sophie takes time to listen to her patients’ individual needs and always aims to offer the very best in clinical hearing healthcare. Outside of work, Sophie has 3 children who take up most of her time! She enjoys going out for walks and also makes custom cakes!

Emma Ross
In 2015 Emma completed the FDSC in Hearing Aid Audiology at Aston University. She has since worked in both the private and NHS sectors. Emma loves spending time with her patients and building up a rapport with them from the beginning of their hearing journey. She has worked with a wide range of hearing aid manufacturers so is very experienced in working with her patients in selecting the most suitable hearing instruments for their specific needs. Outside of work Emma is busy looking after her two children and her puppy. If Emma has any free time she loves to sit and watch a good drama on TV.
