Matt Has been qualified as an Audiologist since 2013, after studying at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. He has worked in both the private and NHS sectors during this time, and is also qualified in wax removal via microsuction.
Matt likes spending time getting to know his patients well, in order to ensure they are provided with the right care, and the most suitable hearing instruments and solutions to help improve their everyday life. Helping patients hear better in situations specific to them is the most satisfying part of his job.
In his spare time, Matt plays bass guitar in a band and was proud to release an album a couple of years ago. He also enjoys spending time and travelling with his young family and their dog Pinto. When he’s not busy, Matt will happily sit and watch any sport on TV for hours, especially cricket!

Our audiologist Graham Roberts has been working in the field for nearly twenty years, having worked as a National Training Manager for a hearing aid manufacturer, as well as in hospitals. Shane is a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist, having completed his studies at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. Shane has been working in Audiology since 2018, in both a managerial and clinical capacity and is always seeking to expand his skills and knowledge. Penkridge, Stafford (Carolyn Parker Optometrists)
Aamir qualified as an Audiologist in 2017. He graduated from Aston University, where he achieved a First Class Honours and experience in North Devon District Hospital. He has worked in a range of Audiological fields including NHS which incorporated Paediatric, Balance and Tinnitus management, field-based domiciliary work and independent practices.
In his spare time, Aamir enjoys running and he has completed the Birmingham 10K and half marathon. He aims to complete the full marathon sometime soon.

Conor’s background in sound design and audio technology as well as his caring and attentive qualities led him to his natural vocation within Audiology, qualifying as an RHAD in 2008. He has developed a wealth of knowledge and technical skills over the years in clinical and managerial roles, and is a long-standing champion of the importance of patient centred care in Audiology. Conor passionately believes that taking the time to fully understand the hearing needs of each client is crucial, as this enables him to design truly individual solutions to deliver quality of life improvements to those under his care.
Conor enjoys football, music, travel, and pretty much anything to do with Japan. Most of all though he loves to spend as much quality time as possible with his wife and young daughter (who is definitely growing up too fast!)

Will completed his Masters Degree in Audiology from the University of Southampton in 2006, which included NHS hospital clinical placements in Essex and London. In 2009, Will moved to New Zealand, where he established two successful private hearing care clinics after qualifying as a member of the New Zealand Audiological Society. Since Will has returned to the UK, he has been fulfilling his desire to spend more time with patients, working with the latest hearing technology to suit their needs. Will’s friendly, approachable manner and in-depth clinical expertise means he provides exceptional clinical service and his patients are keen to recommend him based on their personal experiences.
In his spare time, Will enjoys making the most of the great outdoors with his wife and young children in his home county of Dorset. His hobbies include fishing, mountain-biking, running, travel and music.

Since qualifying nearly 20 years ago, Graham has had a number of roles within the Audiology profession including National Training Manager for a leading hearing aid manufacturer, working with Audiologists both in Hospital Departments and Private Practice. Family time is very important to Graham, and he has also enjoyed playing lots of sports. He’s recently taken up swimming to keep fit, as it’s a bit easier on the knees these days! He’d also like to play a little more golf but admits his game is very ‘hit and miss’ at the moment.

Upon becoming an Audiologist in 2012, graduating with a degree in Audiology BSc from Porto, Portugal, Pedro set out on a mission to make a difference in people’s lives. Through his work, in the UK since 2013 in both the NHS and private practices in London, Hampshire and the West Sussex area, Pedro discovered the incredible importance of maintaining a delicate balance between hearing, balance, and cognitive skill. Pedro has dedicated himself to finding innovative solutions to enhance these aspects for his patients. Conor’s background in sound design and audio technology as well as his caring and attentive qualities led him to his natural vocation within Audiology, qualifying as an RHAD in 2008. He has developed a wealth of knowledge and technical skills over the years in clinical and managerial roles, and is a long-standing champion of the importance of patient centred care in Audiology. Conor passionately believes that taking the time to fully understand the hearing needs of each client is crucial, as this enables him to design truly individual solutions to deliver quality of life improvements to those under his care.
Conor enjoys football, music, travel, and pretty much anything to do with Japan. Most of all though he loves to spend as much quality time as possible with his wife and young daughter (who is definitely growing up too fast!)

Matthew has been qualified as an Audiologist since 2013, after studying at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. He has worked in both the private and NHS sectors during this time, and is also qualified in wax removal via microsuction.
Matthew likes spending time getting to know his patients well, in order to ensure they are provided with the right care, and the most suitable hearing instruments and solutions to help improve their everyday life. Helping patients hear better in situations specific to them is the most satisfying part of his job.
In his spare time, Matthew plays bass guitar in a band and was proud to release an album a couple of years ago. He also enjoys spending time and traveling with his young family and their dog Pinto. When he’s not busy, Matthew will happily sit and watch any sport on TV for hours, especially cricket!

Avner graduated in 2010 from the University of Manchester with a BSc (Hons) Audiology degree. During his training, Avner worked in various hospitals including North Manchester General, Wythenshawe, Sheffield Paediatric Specialists and on the Manchester Cochlear Implant Team. He then went on to work for several hearing companies, developing a keen appreciation of the variety of hearing aids that are available. Avner is very passionate about providing the ideal hearing solution, alongside a unique and personalised service to every client, enabling them to live life to their fullest. Gavin qualified as a Hearing Aid Audiologist in 2004. He has worked for a few national companies and independent practices dispensing both private and NHS hearing aids. Gavin always gives his best advice and aims to dispense the best hearing system for his patients.
Gavin is married with four children and two dogs. He enjoys spending time with family, walking the dogs, cooking and occasionally gets to go out for a drive in his classic car (weather dependent of course).

Pedro qualified as an Audiologist in 2012, graduating with a degree in Audiology BSc from Porto, Portugal. He has worked in the UK since 2013 in both the NHS and private practices in London, Hampshire and the West Sussex area. Pedro is also trained in wax removal. On top of his clinical work, Pedro has trained 5 Hearing Aid Assistants who have continued their studies to become fully qualified Hearing Aid Dispensers and he is immensely proud of their success and achievements.
Pedro became a father of a little boy in 2020 and he feels it has already changed him completely and looks forward to every moment he spends with him, being able to watch him grow. Pedro cherishes his time with friends and family and is regularly out for meals or catch ups, enjoying their company.

After starting her career in the optical field she became fascinated with audiology and the opportunity it provided her to make a real difference in people’s lives. Her main focus is her client and offering a high level of care – her commitment to consistent delivery of high standards reflected in her selection to perform the Clinical Leadership role in several businesses over the years. She has experience of working with many different hearing aid manufacturers; working in collaborative manner with her clients she uses this knowledge to deliver the results they need. Ciara really enjoys her career and tries to learn something new every day, taking her greatest joy from helping people.

Seamus studied at Mary Hare in Newbury, qualifying as a Hearing Aid Dispenser in 2018. He previously worked for Devon County Council sourcing domiciliary care for Social Services. He enjoys his role and does it with great enthusiasm. Seamus brings a new set of skills to the practice, he is an excellent communicator, especially with the elderly and frail. Nick qualified in Audiology at Oxford Brooks University. After qualifying Nick also trained in wax removal. The most enjoyable part of his job, Nick says, is meeting and helping clients with hearing difficulties. He finds it an extremely satisfying profession, meeting clients and helping them to improve their hearing.
Nick was born in Hannover, Germany as my father was in the forces, and he returned to the UK when he was 25. Nick has three children and two grandchildren that take up a great deal of his spare time. When not with them, and weather permitting, Nick likes to take his Harley Davidson out of the garage and hit the open road. Top of Nick’s bucket list is to take his Harley to America’s Yellowstone national park.

Seamus studied at Mary Hare in Newbury, qualifying as a Hearing Aid Dispenser in 2018. He previously worked for Devon County Council sourcing domiciliary care for Social Services. He enjoys his role and does it with great enthusiasm. Seamus brings a new set of skills to the practice, he is an excellent communicator, especially with the elderly and frail. He is known for his calm, patient approach.
In his leisure time, Seamus is a music producer and is intrigued by the study of sound. He also enjoys going for walks with his partner Emma and their new beagle puppy, Albi, who is a very energetic little soul.

Kaz graduated in 2009 with a BSc Audiology degree. During his training, Kaz worked at the local hospital in High Wycombe and on graduating worked in Austria for a leading cochlear implant manufacturer. Since qualifying nearly 20 years ago, Graham has had a number of roles within the Audiology profession including National Training Manager for a leading hearing aid manufacturer, working with Audiologists both in Hospital Departments and Private Practice. This practical experience helps him to improve his clients’ quality of life with friendly relevant advice and the most appropriate technologies available.
Family time is very important to Graham, and he has also enjoyed playing lots of sports. He’s recently taken up swimming to keep fit, as it’s a bit easier on the knees these days! He’d also like to play a little more golf but admits his game is very ‘hit and miss’ at the moment.

Rumana qualified as a Hearing Aid Audiologist in 1995 and has worked for both large and small independent companies. Having enjoyed many years of domiciliary work Rumana also appreciates the importance of clinic based Audiology.

Rumana is married with 2 boys and is grateful that her career has worked wonderfully around her sons, especially in their early years. Matthew qualified as an Audiologist in 2013, from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. He has worked in both the private and NHS sectors during this time, and is also qualified in wax removal via microsuction. Matthew likes spending time getting to know his patients well, in order to ensure they are provided with the right care, and the most suitable hearing instruments and solutions to help improve their everyday life. Helping patients hear better in situations specific to them is the most satisfying part of his job.
In his spare time, Matthew plays bass guitar in a band and was proud to release an album a couple of years ago. He also enjoys spending time and traveling with his young family and their dog Pinto. When he’s not busy, Matthew will happily sit and watch any sport on TV for hours, especially cricket!

During his training, Avner worked in various hospitals including North Manchester General, Wythenshawe, Sheffield Paediatric Specialists and on the Manchester Cochlear Implant Team. He then went on to work for several hearing companies, developing a keen appreciation of the variety of hearing aids that are available. Avner is very passionate about providing the ideal hearing solutions, alongside a unique and personalised service to every client, enabling them to live life to their fullest, he will always go above and beyond to make sure they are happy. He is the proud owner of the ‘Audiologist of the year 2021’ award. Avner is also trained in offering ear wax removal services using the Tympahealth microsuction system.
Outside of work Avner is a keen squash player, he is actively involved with his community. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children and believes this is very important for a clear work life balance.

Sidra graduated in June 2021 from Aston University and has previously worked as an Audiologist with the NHS. Sidra was really drawn to the unique blend of clinical care and technical expertise that is developed as an Audiologist. She enjoys the theory of audiology very much and finds being able to implement that in real clinical settings fantastic, especially when she sees the impact good hearing aid provision has on quality of life.
In her spare time, Sidra spends most of her time reading mystery and fantasy novels, and coming up with wild theories as to how a story will conclude – often from the first chapter. When not reading Sidra enjoys drawing and swimming, although she is usually plays a high-stakes game of Tetris with her bookshelf, in a futile attempt to fit another book somewhere.

Aamir qualified as an Audiologist in 2017. He graduated from Aston University, where he achieved a First Class Honours and experience in North Devon District Hospital. He has worked in a range of Audiological fields including NHS which incorporated Paediatric, Balance and Tinnitus management, field-based domiciliary work and independent practices. His drive in life is to help people, so he loves putting on his audiology shoes offering his help, care and expertise on a daily basis.
Aamir also loves putting on his running shoes, he has completed the Birmingham 10K and half marathon. He aims to complete the full marathon sometime soon. Aamir enjoys spending time with family and days out with his wife and their daughter.

He then went onto work for one of the leading hearing aid manufacturers as a technical support audiologist, supporting audiologist and hearing aid users with technical advice and training to achieve effective outcomes. He progressed to be Head of Technical Support for the UK operations. Aamir qualified as an Audiologist in 2017. He graduated from Aston University, where he achieved a First Class Honours and experience in North Devon District Hospital. He has worked in a range of Audiological fields including the NHS, which incorporated Paediatrics, Balance and Tinnitus management, field-based domiciliary work and independent practice. His drive in life is to help people, so he loves putting on his audiology shoes offering his help, care and expertise on a daily basis.
Aamir also loves putting on his running shoes – he has completed the Birmingham 10K and half marathon. He aims to complete the full marathon sometime soon. Aamir enjoys spending time with family, and days out with his wife and their daughter.

After starting as an optical apprentice, Chloe quickly found her love for audiology and became a HCA, moving on to complete her degree as a hearing aid dispenser. Chloe has worked in both NHS and private hearing care. In more recent years, she has focussed on solely private hearing care as she appreciates that the pace of work privately allows her to spend all the time she needs with her patients to ensure the most premium and quality service is provided. Chloe’s main focus is always her patient and she gets great pleasure from helping people.
Outside of work, Chloe is very family orientated and spends all her time with her partner, friends and family. She goes to a bootcamp which has given her some focus outside of work to do something for herself.

He progressed to be Head of Technical Support for the UK operations. Jason qualified 15 years ago after experiencing the effects hearing loss had on his father’s life and the impact it had on family and friends.
From this experience Jason truly understands the effect this can have on his clients, so he always opts to go the extra mile to find the correct hearing solution for each individual person.
Jason is a fanatical football supporter and also enjoys traveling to other countries to experience different cultures and sample the local cuisines. Jason has recently started to teach himself Spanish and one day hopes to be fluent. Jason has recently become the proud father of a baby boy!

Matthew qualified as an Audiologist in 2013, from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. He has worked in both the private and NHS sectors during this time, and is also qualified in wax removal via microsuction. Matthew likes spending time getting to know his patients well, in order to ensure they are provided with the right care, and the most suitable hearing instruments and solutions to help improve their everyday life. Helping patients hear better in situations specific to them is the most satisfying part of his job.
In his spare time, Matthew plays bass guitar in a band and was proud to release an album a couple of years ago. He also enjoys spending time and traveling with his young family and their dog Pinto. When he’s not busy, Matthew will happily sit and watch any sport on TV for hours, especially cricket!

Nick believes the most enjoyable part of his job is meeting and helping clients with hearing difficulties. Upon becoming an Audiologist in 2012, graduating with a degree in Audiology BSc from Porto, Portugal, Pedro set out on a mission to make a difference in people’s lives. Through his work, in the UK since 2013 in both the NHS and private practices in London, Hampshire and the West Sussex area, Pedro discovered the incredible importance of maintaining a delicate balance between hearing, balance, and cognitive skill. Pedro has dedicated himself to finding innovative solutions to enhance these aspects for his patients. Hearing in noise can be a tremendous challenge, robbing individuals of the joy of social interactions and leaving them feeling isolated.
As an audiologist and a family man, Pedro understands the value of meaningful interactions. Each patient is unique, and he approaches their care with utmost compassion and empathy. Building strong relationships with his patients and their families, Pedro ensures that their experience with him is not only effective, but also filled with warmth and genuine care.
Largs (Eyeglass Opticians)
Russell has worked in Audiology for over 30 years, as an Audiologist and heading up several UK nationwide private hearing care companies. He is passionate about providing hearing solutions to his patients to help them live life to the full, and he goes out of his way to make sure they are happy.
In his spare time, Russell enjoys walking his two French Bulldogs with his partner, cooking and spending time with friends and family, including his grandchildren who keep him on his toes.
Hockley (Karen Castle Opticians)
Kaz graduated in 2009 with a BSc Audiology degree. During his training, Kaz worked at the local hospital in High Wycombe and on graduating worked in Austria for a leading cochlear implant manufacturer. He then went onto work for one of the leading hearing aid manufacturers as a technical support audiologist, supporting audiologist and hearing aid users with technical advice and training to achieve effective outcomes. He progressed to be Head of Technical Support for the UK operations. Kaz is very passionate about his independence as a hearing care professional and being able to offer a unique service to every client based on their individual needs. Kaz is also trained in offering ear wax removal services using the Clearwax endoscope and microsuction.
Outside of work Kaz is a keen footballer and cricketer. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family and believes this is so important for positive wellbeing.
