Russell Borland
Russell has worked in Audiology for over 30 years, as an Audiologist and heading up several UK nationwide private hearing care companies. He is passionate about providing hearing solutions to his patients to help them live life to the full, and he goes out of his way to make sure they are happy. In his spare time, Russell enjoys walking his two French Bulldogs with his partner, cooking and spending time with friends and family, including his grandchildren who keep him on his toes.

Beth Murgatroyd
Beth graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2010 and has been in a private practice ever since. Beth is a passionate Audiologist who believes in person-centred care and continued learning. She cherish the relationships she can build with her patients and look forward to building many more. Outside of work, Beth is a a devoted dog mum of two and love exploring new places with them.

Christin Mcdowall
Originally from Canada, Christin has called the UK home for the past eight years. She brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked as an audiologist since 2007. Beyond her professional expertise, Christin's varied background includes roles as a barber, nanny, TV broadcaster, and even working aboard cruise ships. Outside of work, she is an avid enthusiast of guinea pigs, travel, knitting, camping, cycling, and spending time at the beach and with friends. Once a year, Christin is renowned by her friends for hosting an annual Canadian Thanksgiving celebration!

Marius Stan
After his education, Marius worked in the restaurant industry for a Michelin Star restaurant where excellence is a standard requirement in every way. He decided on a career change and started training in audiology. Marius trained in ear wax removal and then qualified as a Hearing Care Assistant (HCA) before taking an audiology qualification at Queen Margaret University. Marius enjoys going to the gym and walking his two French bulldogs with his partner in his spare time.

Poppy Hodgson
Poppy qualified as an HCA and then in micro-suction wax removal in November 2024. Poppy loves seeing her patients walk out of the clinic with a smile and confidence. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them were ever possible. She is always happy to talk and help people wherever she can. She works hard to do what is best for the patients, as well as continuing to improve and hone her skills. Hearing loss is a personal topic to Poppy, as she has close family members using hearing aids. It was this that made her realise helping people with hearing loss is where she wanted to pursue her career. In her spare time Poppy is a keen artist and photographer. She can be found creating something or bundled up playing her favourite games, at home with her best friend.
